• Consent timestamp - When you agreed to our privacy policy
• Stamp records - When and where you collected stamps
• Reward status - Whether you have unlocked or redeemed rewards

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Maintain your stamp card progress
• Track your eligibility for rewards
• Prevent fraud (e.g., cooldown periods between stamps)
• Provide you with access to your loyalty program

We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in our database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) and is only accessible to:

• You (through your session)
• Authorized staff at the venue (for stamp/reward operations)
• System administrators (for technical maintenance)

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access - View all data we have about you
• Delete - Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent - Stop using the service at any time

To delete your account, go to your stamp card page and click "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data from our system.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (stamps, rewards, customer record) is permanently removed from our database.
